Hello everyone. My name is ~~Dr.~~ Russell ~~Campb~~ [...] Campbell-Acton and I'm one of the new interns here. Apologies for missing those first few introduction activities. I was dealing with [......] a personal issue. But I'm very pleased to be here now and I'm looking forward to participating.

Do we think he’s the equivalent of a shot caffeine?

He seems incredibly polite, so I think probably not. […] But he could be chatty?

Even the shyest see sounds when they have enough caffeine.

I don’t know if we’re meant to be pumping the shyer interns up with caffeine…

To be fair, it’s likely they’re all already addicted to caffeine.

Then they’ll fit right in.

Some of us intake a perfectly reasonable amount of caffeine.

I think you’re the anomaly, T.

Are you an irregular sleeper?

No, I have excellent sleep hygiene. But I was aware working odd hours would be part of the job.

Most people wait until they have to do it, rather than asking for it.

I just wanted to demonstrate that I'm willing to be a team player.

You did a great job of demonstrating it, don’t worry.

Wonderful. I think you'll find me to be a very helpful assistant and eager student.

If I recall correctly, you haven’t missed too much in the last few days. If you have any questions, though, most people are happy to answer them.

Everyone seems more-or-less friendly.

Even if it’s someone that doesn’t seem particularly friendly, they’ll probably answer your questions anyway. The prickliness is often deceiving.
